By renting a vehicle from us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before booking.<\/p>\n<h2>1. Rental Eligibility<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>The renter must be at least 21 years old.<\/li>\n<li>A valid driving license (Kuwaiti) is required.<\/li>\n<li>A passport or civil ID may be required for verification.<\/li>\n<li>A security deposit may be required before renting.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>2. Rental Period &amp; Extensions<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Any extension must be requested and approved before the rental period expires.<\/li>\n<li>Late returns may result in additional charges.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>3. Vehicle Usage<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>The vehicle must be used only within Kuwait.<\/li>\n<li>The renter must not use the car for racing, off-road driving, towing, or illegal activities.<\/li>\n<li>The renter is responsible for traffic fines and toll fees incurred during the rental period.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>4. Insurance &amp; Liability<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>All rental vehicles include basic insurance (covering third-party liability).<\/li>\n<li>In case of an accident, the renter must immediately inform the company and provide a police report.<\/li>\n<li>The renter is responsible for deductibles and any damage not covered by insurance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>5. Payment &amp; Security Deposit<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Full payment is required at the start of the rental.<\/li>\n<li>Accepted payment methods: [Cash, Credit Card, Online Transfer, Knet]<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>6. Cancellations &amp; Refunds<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>7. Breakdown &amp; Roadside Assistance<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>If the vehicle breaks down, contact us immediately for assistance.<\/li>\n<li>The company will provide a replacement vehicle if available.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>8. Fines &amp; Penalties<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>The renter is responsible for traffic violations, parking tickets, and fines.<\/li>\n<li>Any damage caused by negligence or misuse will be charged to the renter.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>9. Rental with Driver<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Drivers provided by us are professionally trained.<\/li>\n<li>The renter must comply with the pre-agreed driving schedule and destinations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>10. Termination of Agreement<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>The company reserves the right to terminate the rental if the renter violates any terms.<\/li>\n<li>The vehicle must be returned immediately upon termination.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>11.
